Grand/Bates Historic District
We
learned this week that the Grand/Bates Historic District has
been approved
on the federal level. OUR AREA IS NOW A HISTORIC DISTRICT!!!
The approved nomination will be posted on
http://www.dnr.mo.gov/shpo/StLouisCity.htm
in the near future.
This final approval allows homeowners and investors to receive
state historic tax
credits when rehabbing their properties using the historic
standards guidelines.
